Home Inspection - 4 Point - Wind Mitigation

Buying and selling a home are two important investment moves. The last thing you want are unexpected surprises which could jeopardize or stall your home purchase or sale.

To avoid these unexpected surprises, a home inspection can allow you to know as much as possible, prevent surprises, and provide an objective view of your purchase, giving you more confidence in your decision.

If you are selling your home, a pre-sale inspection allows you to know what you can repair or update before putting your home on the market, which may optimize your sale.

Code of Ethics and NACHI Standards

Hiring a professional licensed certified home inspector, who follows a code of ethics and standards, can give you confidence in your home purchase.
